Vote for any Party, but Not to Congress. Dear all Indian Husbands and their Family Members, Vote for any party, but not to congress. Today more than 56000 Indian Husbands ending their life every year due to congress anti-husbands, anti-family and anti-child biased and lopsided LAW like 498A/Domestic Violence act/CRPC125/Adultrity LAW/ 4 different maintance laws. The whole Husbands family had been converted as Free ATM machine and they had been treated worse than an animal in this country due all congress biased and lopsided law and policy. Inspite of Supreme Court termed the Misuse of 498A as “Unlash Legal Terrorism” and Domestic Violence act as “most clumsy drafted LAW”, Congress government had not taken any corrective action and the whole husband’s family is suffering today. And for Indian men, it does not matter, irrespective the allegation is true or false, not only you, your mother, sister, age old father will be thrown out of your own house under DV act, just one line complain by your wife. Just the women have to say , “I am anticipate of Domestic Violence” from my partner (Men) , let it be a friend or any one and you are out of your own house and land up in Railway Platform, your all bank account also will be freeze. Now it is you have to prove her allegations is wrong in the court and she do not need to prove any think except her verbal allegations, as our Congress Government think all the wives / Daughter-in-law born in Raja Harish Chandra Family , they can’t lie. - Do you know who had given the wholesale free License to your wife to do the adultrity and the same is not crime for her? – Congress.
- Do you know who had given the whole sale free license to your wife to do the abuse your age old parents and sisters and the same is not crime? – Congress.
- Do you know who had given the whole sale free license to your wife to through out you and your age old parents from their own home by your wife? – Congress.
- Do you know who had given the whole sale free license to your wife to kill your un-born child and the same is not crime? – Congress.

- Do you know even a terrorist have right to stay in his own home, but a Indian husbands do not have any right to stay in his own home , if wife demand the same under DV act and who had made that ? – Congress.
- Do you know who had given whole sale free License to your wife to beat, abuse, refuse food to your child and you can’t even ask her a single question, as it will be termed as verbal abuse? – Congress.
- Do you know if your wife demand 1000 rupees for her kitty party and you give 800, it is a crime by you as per law and who made such law? – Congress.
This is called the present Justice system in India and equal right in India, made by congress Government. For a wife even adultrity also is not a crime (it is a rewarding option and free money earning business for the whole life), but for a man even an allegation of “Name-calling” is crime and not only the man, his mother/sister/age-old father also can be put behind the bar under 498A or DV act. From the court record it is evident, maximum wives who are well educated, working and healthy to earn themselves rush to the court and want money form the husband, but do not forget to file another criminal case (like 498A DV act), mentioning that their husband ill-treat them for money, but they themselves openly demanding money as a legal extortion and blackmailing in front of Police/Media/Court and that is not a crime in India. Further to note, if a wife earns the money and husband due to some any reason not able to earn the money, even if he is ill or any other condition, he is not eligible for any maintenance from the working women, irrespective he had earned lacks of rupees and given to his wife earlier. So the question arises: Is Indian Husband is a Free ATM Machine for Indian wives? As per Congress the answer is: Yes. It is here to mention that, presently a wife can claim maintenance from 4 different Law, like section24, Crpc125, section 18 and Domestic Violence act. This totally abuse of Indian Judiciary System, as for the same purpose, 3 to 4 different case filed in different court or in different state and this not only wastage of Judiciary man Power, it is violation of Indian constitution, as it clearly mentioned, for the same offence a person can’t be punished more than once. Then why 4 different maintenance cases against a Husband, if at all considered the Husband done any offence? Will Our LAW Maker change the LAW 304B( dowry death) to 304C( Sowry Death) and 498A ( harrasement to wife) to 498B ( Sowry harrasement by wife) ? We had repeatedly requested and given all the examples suffering of Indian husbands and demanded all Gender Biased LAW should immediately to be made crime based instead of any assumption that all women never lie and all the men born as Criminal. "MEN/WOMEN" word to be replaced by word "PER SON" and word wife/husband to be replaced with the word "SPOUSE". But it all goes in deaf ears of Congress Government and in return the WCD minister says:· It’s turn to suffer the Indian men, as women suffered for long. (Like as Muslim Kings had destroyed a lot of temple, so let demolish the entire Mosque in India). · Don’t trust Your Men, trust Condom, and in the name of reduce the AIDS. (Forget that the AIDS increased by multiple partner sex and condom used for multiple pattern sex, not for single pattern sex, which we term as married couple) · It’s Diwaly Gift to Indian women. (With in two weeks, four women send behind the bar under first DV act case in Pune and one age old women left her own house as her daughter-in-law walk in her house with her all friends and parents) On the other hand you have option also, vote for congress and ensure more and more suffering, as not only congress all other political party will consider increasing the suffering of Husbands and their family members termed in this country as Social service and Indian Husbands and their family members can’t ensure their defeat or reduce their vote share, so make more and more anti-husband, anti-family, anti-child and anti-men biased and lopsided law in this country. Choice is with you, do remember even a small child also do not get the milk if he/she do not cry for that that. Congress government had converted the Indian Criminal Justice system as a whole sale free money earning business though Legal Extortion from Husbands and their family members. Cong too pro-women? News by Mid-day Bangalore: At least, that's what men's rights activists think. In fact, they are even asking people not to vote for the party's candidates
A group of men's rights activists staged a dharna near Mahatma Gandhi statue yesterday asking people not to vote for the Congress.
The reason for their protest is that they feel that the party is "too pro women." They believe men are being exploited by the Congress.

"Through the Domestic Violence Act, the Congress party has incited a woman versus woman war, and the price is paid by Indian men," said Virag Dhulia of Save Indian Family Foundation.
They allege that the Congress never herd their plea. "Inspite of the Supreme Court terming the Misuse of Section 498A as 'Unleashing of a new Legal Terrorism on innocent husband's family' and Domestic Violence Act as 'one of the most clumsy drafted law', the Congress led UPA government has not taken any corrective action and the entire family of husbands is suffering today because of that," said Kumar Jahgirdar of Child Rights Initiative for Shared Parenting.
The Bangalore based foundation has started their campaign against the Congress throughout the country.
"Our Delhi and Pune members have already distributed pamphlets and are asking people not to vote for the party. We at Bangalore have designed our pamphlet and will distribute them soon. Besides, we have also been sending emails and have put up the appeal on our various websites and blogs," said Virag.
The group claims that they are confident that their votes are huge enough to defeat the Congress. "Men harassed by misuse of women's law amount to two per cent of the total votes in the country. If these people do not vote for the Congress, there will be a spin at the government formation," he said.
The group has no problem if the people vote for any party other than the Congress. "Vote for any party, but not for congress and give a clear message that anti-husband, anti-men, anti-family and anti-child law and policy will not be accepted in this country by political party.
